RETURNS/ EXCHANGES
Ruvè Cosmetics will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item within 24 hours of you receiving your item, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to Ruvè Cosmetics explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we’ve reviewed the information provided we will contact you with the process we take to get your item (s) replaced.
In order for Ruvè Cosmetics to maintain the quality of our products and due to the Nature of our products, we will not accept returns of products for reasons other THAN them being damaged or defective. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
In addition:
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to hello@RUVECOSMETICS.COM . If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Fees:
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we are not Liable.
